PONG ON WHEELS – Covid-19 Reopening Guidelines & Safeguards

Welcome back, Pong on Wheels Fam!

We are resuming private coaching 1-on-1 and family group lessons as of June 10th. Also, online classes and assessments are available. Reserve your ping pong training session today!

The health and safety of our students, parents, and coach(es) are always our top priority. As we resume our activities, we will follow the county guidelines for the reopening of activities and will make necessary adjustments on further notice accordingly.

PONG ON WHEELS – Covid-19 Reopening Guidelines & Safeguards

We understand people will be cautious to go outside their homes, but we will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all involved, including proper hygiene, hand washing, social distancing, and disinfecting. Although we are doing everything in our power to ensure our location is a safe and clean environment for you, we need your help.

General Guidelines

• Upon entry, all individuals must wash their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.

• Face covering or masks are recommended, especially for accompanying family members.

• No bags or personal equipment will be allowed in the facility to prevent the spread of germs.

• Please refrain from touching the table(s) and balls, except when students practice serves.

• Social distancing will be implemented. Coach(es) will always practice social distancing by staying at least 6 feet away from students and using verbal commands and personal demonstration to show proper form or corrections.

• Shaking hands will not be allowed.

• Coach(es) will pick up balls. Student(s) or parent(s) are not supposed to use the ball picker equipment.

Wellness Check

• If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough or any other symptoms should stay home.

Deep Cleans

• The ping pong studio will be deeply cleaned and disinfected daily.

• The table(s) will be disinfected immediately before and after each session throughout the day.

• The balls will also be cleaned and disinfected daily.

Sanitation Station

• We will provide with a sanitation station containing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.

• A mandatory hand wash policy every 20 minutes will be implemented.

Reservations

• All lessons by appointment only.

• We recommend booking your sessions at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the Coach directly by phone or text message.

• A 15-minute gap between sessions will be required to allow for cleaning and disinfecting in-between sessions.

• Group lessons will be limited to a maximum of 2 players.
